Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: 1. Reservation Process: - To book a harp player, please contact us with the desired date, time, and location of the event. - A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure the booking. 2. Availability: - Bookings are subject to the availability of the harp player. - It is recommended to make reservations well in advance to ensure availability. 3. Pricing and Payment: - The pricing will depend on factors such as the duration of the performance, location, and any additional requirements. - A detailed quote will be provided upon inquiry. - Full payment must be settled prior to the performance date. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - In the event of cancellation by the client, the initial deposit will not be refunded. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the original performance date, subject to availability. 5. Performance Requirements: - The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space, including a safe and secure area for the harp player, including following all necessary requirements mentioned in Rider. - Adequate lighting and a power source (if applicable) must be provided. - If the performance is outdoors, a weather backup plan must be discussed. 6. Travel and Accommodation: - Travel expenses and accommodation, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the client and will be included in the quote. 7. Force Majeure: - In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or acts of nature, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement harp player. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided. 8. Liability: - The harp player will not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by the client or their guests during the performance. - The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the event. Please note that this is a general booking policy and can be customized to meet specific requirements.
