Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure every performance is properly prepared and reserved, the following terms apply to all Slavrada music projects and live entertainment bookings. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed performance details have been approved and the required deposit has been received. Dates are not considered secured until confirmation and payment are completed. Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation by Client If the client cancels a confirmed booking: *More than 30 days before the event: the deposit remains non-refundable, but no additional cancellation fee applies. 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is payable. 7–14 days before the event:75% of the total booking fee is payable. Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total booking fee is payable. Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred for the event - including travel, transportation, equipment, special costumes, musicians, production or third-party services - may also be charged to the client. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Where possible, the deposit may be transferred to a new date within an agreed period. If the new date cannot be accommodated, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under the cancellation terms above. Changes to Performance Details Changes to the performance duration, location, number of musicians, equipment requirements, setup, repertoire or other agreed details may affect the final price. Any significant changes must be agreed in advance. Travel & Additional Costs Bookings outside the agreed performance location may incur additional charges for transportation, parking, accommodation, flights, visas, equipment transportation and other travel-related expenses. Performance Conditions The client is responsible for providing a suitable and safe performance area, adequate access, electricity where required, and any agreed technical or backstage requirements. For outdoor performances, appropriate protection from extreme weather conditions must be provided.
